Credits & Service Terms

You may purchase credit packs to access features through pocastly.

Credits are deducted per feature use or API call as specified at purchase.

Credits are non-transferable and (unless required by law) non-refundable once used or after any stated refund window.

Subject to these terms and your compliance with law, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the outputs you generate via the Service from your own input content.

We do not claim ownership of your original inputs or your generated outputs.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload, submit, or process the Content.

You must not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or content that violates privacy or publicity rights.

You may not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful material.

No use that violates laws or third-party rights

No attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or replicate proprietary models or systems

No use of our Service outputs to train AI/ML models without our prior written consent

We may use subprocessors to provide the Service (hosting, processing, support).

We remain responsible for their performance.

We act as processor when processing personal data you submit at your instruction and as controller for account/billing data.

International transfers use appropriate safeguards (e.g., UK IDTA/EU SCCs).

We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risks to security, law, or third-party rights.

Upon termination, unused credits may expire subject to applicable law and any specific credit terms displayed at purchase.

Governing law: England and Wales.

Courts: London, UK.

Alternatively, we may agree in writing to arbitration.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or misuse.

Our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the greater of £100 or the amounts you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, and excludes indirect or consequential losses.
